The steps

Run the check
eonik watches the finished cut and lists what it caught, with timestamps. Logo, opening length, claims. Disagree where you want. Then you decide.

Export the sizes you actually run
Reels, feed, square, and wide can come out of the same cut. Do not export a ratio you will not buy this week.

Send it round if someone else signs off
Notes come back on the frame, on the timecode they are about. Whoever signs off does not have to open the editor. What everyone approved is what ships.

Ads Manager is yours. You write stop rules before you spend. eonik never writes to the ad account and never tells you a variant will win.
The check is the file, not a forecast
Logo never shows up. Hook takes four seconds. A claim that does not match your guidelines. Jump to the timestamp and fix it, or disagree and ship anyway. That list is not a performance score.
If you skip the check you will find the same problems in Ads Manager, after the file is live.
One cut, the sizes you buy
Your fonts, colours, and logo should already be on the frame. Reels, feed, square, and wide come out of the same cut. Recutting each size by hand is how a morning becomes a week.
Export H.264. Take 9:16 first if that is where the spend is. Add 1:1 if you actually run feed.
Notes on the frame
If someone else has to sign off, send the cut from the Mac app. Comments land on the timecode they are about, so nobody writes around the middle, after the logo.
This is the share sheet on Mac, the sending end. The people who approve still do not have to open the editor.
