Step 1Open the master and choose Resize
Open the finished ad. A Photoshop or Illustrator file comes in with its layers. If the ad is one flat picture, eonik offers to split it into layers first, or to size the picture as it is.
Step 2Pick your sizes
Under Your sizes, choose the sizes from your media plan: feed, story, the display banners. eonik measures each one and plans a layout for each shape.
Step 3Check how eonik read your ad
eonik shows how it read your ad: each part, numbered. Mark which parts to keep on every size and which are not needed on every size, such as a line that only fits the large ones.
Step 4Review every size side by side
Each size is laid out for its shape, never cropped. eonik points out anything that needs a look, such as words cut off or covered, or a logo that is hard to see, and offers other layouts for a size. Drag the photo to reframe it, and see any size at its actual size.
Step 5Make the sizes
When every size reads right, choose Make sizes. Each size becomes a page of the set, ready to change, check and share.
Questions
Does eonik crop the master to each size?
No. Each size is rebuilt around your logo, headline, price and legal line for its shape. You review every size before anything is made.
What if my ad is one flat image?
eonik offers to split it into layers first, so each part can be placed again, or to size the picture as it is, with its words part of the picture.
Can I change a size after it is made?
Yes. Every size is its own page. Change one, and you can apply the change to all sizes at once.
